My kitchen is too slow for the cupcake bakery:). This time I tried to Lemon Cupcakes and I must say that they were the best yet! Soooo delicious lemony. Yummy! The photos I also did a good job! Selberlob * *:)

Lemon Meringue Cupcakes
(about 18 pieces)
ingredients
for the dough: 120 g sugar
200 g creme fraiche 2 tablespoons lemon marmalade
80 g melted butter 1 organic lemon
2 eggs 250g flour 2 tsp
baking powder
For impregnating / Spread 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon marmalade
For the topping: 2 egg whites
100 g sugar
preparation
oven to 180 degrees: Pre-heat (hot air 160 degrees).
