After first I'm thrilled because the title on the book front page - "refined simple recipes - really true!
are very different recipes in the book than expected. Some might expect the courts in a higher priced restaurant. Refined but not incredibly long lists of ingredients and descriptions. So I might have liked. I just do not have the time to cook during the middle two pages to read descriptions that could also have been able to reduce to half a page.
are also some very unusual recipes here (for me almost too special;)) But such dishes I've yet to find in no other cookbook.
The pictures of the dishes are very pretty and appealing. I would have only wished that there are pictures of all the recipes, instead of 3 images by the same court. This is to get over, however.
in between I had a few ingredients that I had never met. Respectively. I do know it already, only in Austria (where the cookbook comes from) they are called simply different. Since I had already hovering sometimes a few question marks over me, but cleared up thanks to the Internet the relatively fast! :)
sweet noodle dishes and basics (pasta dough and variants) are also one of the party.
A thoroughly enjoyable book for those who are not on complicated recipes, but what Refined want on your plate.
After my vacation I'll cook some recipes from it (the book is already full of yellow slip of paper:)) and continue to keep you informed of it!
