This time it was a chocolate mishap and it was so delicious that I forgot the "supplements" and they are my only came back to mind, when the whole chocolate cake was plastered! :) The side dish caramel and Calvados flamed apples would have been! ;) (With pineapple and pears, it tastes like, too)! Alone but also tastes great! :)
chocolate mishap (Serves 4 small souffle dishes)
Ingredients:
150 g dark chocolate 100 g butter
2 eggs 2 egg yolks 60
2 tablespoons flour
